Comprehensive Service
Prerequisites
- We have pets, is this ok? Yes we are very dog and pet friendly.
- Please ensure we have access to water and electric where appropriate & if these will be off at any time.
- Access to fuse boxes and stop cocks, water valves.
- Let us know if there are other trades working prior to, during or after our visits.
- Empty shelves, cupboards, move furniture to allow access and clear working areas prior to our visit. We can do this for you but it may incur a further charge.
- Parking and unloading arrangements.
- Access to property if required.
Pricing
- We price per job, however there are circumstances where we may charge per hour.
- Emergency call outs incur a higher fee.
- Estimates can be provided for very large projects.
- Tasks that are fairly short may incur a higher first hour charge, reduced after the first hour.
- It’s most cost effective to provide us with a list of tasks to carry out, we can then provide an estimate for other projects during the first visit.
- Discounts for labour only. One discount per job or visit, not compounded, two maximum.
- If you have a budget, we can price work around this too.
Services & Resources
- We can provide a number of services without the need of multiple trades. This can reduce the minimum call out charge by each trade. For example electrical, plumbing.
- If there is a task we cannot or should not carry out we will always inform our clients and advise.
- We carry stock of the most popular spares and consumables.
- Reviewing new products and consumables from our suppliers ensures we are up to date with the latest developments in the industry.
- We will advise the most suitable and safest brands on the market to help future proof your projects.
VIP Priority Service
- Customers that use our services regularly have a maintenance schedule that can prioritise visits ahead of time.
- Schedules can be weekly, monthly and seasonal preparing for winter, spring and summer and special events.
- Free site survey for regular customers for fast turn around of future jobs and emergencies.
- Contractor liaison can also streamline any other services or trades on a project.
A Typical Day
- House sale – tidy up all paintwork, fill holes, fix or replace taps, leaks. Clear gutters, fix loose wall fixings, paint walls, treat algae on patio, clean outdoor furniture.
- Valet customers car, cut grass, prepare outdoor areas for weekend BBQ, deep clean BBQ, check stock of drinks. Treat swimming pool and clean. Hang new pictures.
- Correction work carried out by previous trades. Install LED lights, smoke alarm, CO2 alarm, test emergency lights.
Guarantee
- We guarantee our work and may revisit and check the previous work on the next visit.
- Job survey & checks will be carried out prior to any work diagnose any issues.
- When estimating major projects, we will inform clients of any hidden issues that can’t bee seen until work commences. This can be behind walls, ceilings, under floors for example. Further investigation may be required prior to work commencing.
